Project Story
Situated on two two acre sites, this apartment complex consists of five different unit types in six buildings and individual parking garages. As the structural engineer of record for this 76 unit apartment complex, MCE provided structural design including construction administration and construction services to ensure general conformance to the design documents. Snow drift was a design concern based on the high snow loading at the site along with the elevation changes of the roof layout.
