MCE is a great resource for code inquiries and interpretation. Respected at the city and state level, MCE has been acting as the structural consultant to the City of Forest Grove providing peer reviews since 1999. Plans are submitted for building permit to the City of Forest Grove for general structural conformance. MCE comments on such plans on behalf of the City and work is completed in a timely manner.
