Project Story
This four story hotel has three levels with a daylight basement with approximately 8,500 square feet on each level. Cantilever concrete retaining walls were used at the lower level, while wood was used as the primary building material for the upper stories. Light wood-framed shear walls were utilized to resist the lateral load.
