Project Story

MCE evaluated this historical building in accordance with Tier 1 and Tier 2 screening procedures of the ASCE 31. The first phase of the work included conducting a full visual structural site observation of the building, as well as reviewing copies of the existing construction documents. Phase two utilized this data to determine the extent of the repairs needed along with an estimated cost to upgrade the building. Once the required repairs were determined, a written report on the findings and a summary of recommendations was generated.
