Michelle's experience includes a wide variety of project types including swimming pools, anchorage for mechanical theatrical equipment, stadium railing systems, insulated concrete form design, and panelized prefabricated systems for cooler or freezer rooms.

Within the engineering community, Michelle organizes and spearheads National Engineers Week as a panel speaker, host, event coordinator, and workshop participant focusing on underrepresented minorities and women encouraging higher education, with an emphasis on engineering. This experience has helped to develop her skills communicating technical concepts to an audience with varying technical skills.
