ASSOCIATE ENGINEER
Brina Fowler, PE graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and joined Miller Consulting Engineers in 2017. Since then, she has contributed to a variety of projects, including residential remodels and repairs, retaining walls, mechanical equipment anchorages, and signs. Brina has experience with a wide range of materials, including wood, concrete, structural and light-gauge steel, and aluminum. Her strengths include attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to practical, effective solutions. She enjoys collaborating with clients and incorporating their perspectives into the engineering process.
