Mr. Watson has been employeed by Miller Consulting Engineers for the past 14 years, and currently holds professional licenses in 5 states (Arizona, California, Florida, Oregon, and Washington).  Mr. Watson is a certified plans examiner and certified post earthquake inspector in the state of Oregon.  Mr. Watson provides plan reviews for various jurisdictions within the state of Oregon, and provides review services for the state of Oregon.

Eric is also active in the United States Naval Reserve.  In 2006 he was mobilized to Kuwait as an Individual Augment Assignment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.  During his mobilization Mr. Watson served as the Assistant Officer in Charge for the North Facility Engineer Team.  He managed 14 construction projects with a construction cost of over $5.5M and planned for future construction projects of over $55.3M.  Mr. Watson demonstrated effective management skills and was responsible for directed troop labor in expending over 12,000 man days in construction support.  As the result of his work while deployed, Mr. Watson was awared the Army Commendation Medal.
